ABOUT YOUR ARRANGEMENT - PLEASE READ ME
Every bit as beautiful as fresh flowers, these faux blooms will look just as lovely for years to come. Presented to you as a bouquet wrapped with kraft paper and ribbon, each bouquet becomes a beautiful arrangement when popped in one of your favourite vases.
Your arrangement will be custom made by Krystyna so each one is a little different but the photographs should give you a good idea.
When you transfer the arrangement to your vase you may need to undo the florist's wire holding the bouquet and do a little faffing to get the look right. Krystyna will have cut the stems to the ideal length but if you need to shorten them to fit your vase, they can be bent or trimmed with wire cutters - not scissors or secateurs please.
If you are sending as a gift, please be sure to enter the required date in the ORDER NOTES box in the shopping cart. We will deliver as close to that date as we can.
Some stems will be cut to suit the arrangement and inevitably some stems will be shorter than others which usually happens when a tall stem is cut into several parts to position in several places in the arrangement.
Since our bouquets and arrangements are individually custom made they are usually not returnable but we want our customers to be happy so please do get in touch if you are not happy in any way with your arrangement. Please bear in mind that Krystyna does not charge for her time in making and modifying arrangements, she only charges our normal prices for the stems used.
