I’m sorry to see you received the wrong colour Rustica vase. I assure you this was a mistake on my part not a deliberate substitution, we wouldn’t dream of doing that without discussing with you first.
When I make a mistake, I always put it right and in this case I will happily arrange collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct one.
