DELIVERY
UK standard delivery is FREE for all orders (except for very large items).
Express Delivery is £5 (except for very large items).
Please remember that Standard Delivery is an economy service and the 5-7 days quoted are working days. Very often delivery is in three days but please don't rely on this. If you need your order for a specific occasion - such as a birthday or anniversary - please opt for EXPRESS DELIVERY or let us know and we will pull out all the stops.
Our couriers tend to collect about 11am, sometimes earlier, so if you opt for Express Delivery, please give us plenty of time to pack your order ready for the courier to collect at 11am. Express orders are never delivered on a Saturday, so the earliest delivery for an Express order placed after about 10.30am on Thursday is Monday. If you need it for the weekend, please order on Wednesday.
Some very large furniture products and very large plants have their own delivery charge.
There are some UK postcodes (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Man) where delivery is not possible or more costly. Should we not be able to deliver an order economically we will contact you to discuss the options or cancel your order and refund if there isn't a viable option. This usually applies only to orders which weigh more than 2kg or are larger than a Royal Mail medium parcel. We are sorry that this cannot be managed automatically but we are a small company and cannot do that at the moment.
We are happy to pass on delivery instructions to the courier such as “leave in porch” or “leave in garage” via a label on the box but this is at your own risk, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage that results.
Our couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can deliver small packages to USA by tracked and signed-for courier such as UPS. Sorry, we do not ship by USPS. Email us for more info.

Please note, we may bend longer stems to fit into the delivery box; they can easily be bent back on arrival.
