We only want happy customers so please get in touch if there is a problem.

We will happily refund or exchange any purchase you make from us with 14 days. We do not refund the original delivery charge.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you want to return one of our products within 14 days, please Let us know by email at help@wyldhome.com, repack the products carefully in the original box and return to us by a reliable courier. Please send by a signed-for service and get a proof of sending. We are unable to issue a refund for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All our bouquets and arrangements are individually custom made to order and the stems are cut to length so we do not in general accept returns of bouquets and arrangements. Please do not think it is okay to order an arrangement or bouquet for a photo shoot and then return it to us, sorry but it isn't okay.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable and at our discretion):  Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or not in original box.

Please note that we do not cover the delivery cost of returns and do not provide return labels. 

Commercial Orders: If you have used your purchases for styling a photoshoot or other commercial purpose, please do nor return any of the items as we will not be able to refund you. Our consumer guarantee does not  apply.

International Orders: It can be very costly to return international orders so you may want to consider this when ordering if you think you may wish to return your order.

Refund: Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed by us and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 working days. PayPal sometimes take longer to apply refunds but that is out of our control.

Refund not received: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@wyldhome.com.

Exchanges: We want you to have things you love so we will happily exchange items in perfect condition within 14 days. We may ask you to contribute to delivery and collection costs. If you need to exchange a purchase, please send us an email to help@wyldhome.com.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. We are unable to exchange unwanted items with a different item.

  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand delivery. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to refund you.

  • Please note that replacement items or refunds can not be issued until we have received the original items back to our shop.

  • We recommend that you use insured signed-for delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

  • All orders will be refunded within five working days of receipt of your return. Refunds may take up to 10 days to clear into your account.

  • We do not refund delivery charges.

  • We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
